Vintage and pre-loved items will have minor flaws or imperfections. Please read item descriptions carefully. All sales are final.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact Route if you purchased Route Protection. If you did not, please contact the shipping carrier to report the damaged item. If you need assistance, please email info@jamesbymason.com.

 

What if my package is lost in transit?

Please contact Route if you purchased Route Protection. If you did not, you will file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

All sales are final.
