Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Route Protection or the shipping carrier immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We highly encourage you to purchase Route Protection to protect your package from theft or damage. 

If you did not purchase Route Protection, you will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
